Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy can be extremely helpful when a person is experiencing mental health issues and/or everyday stressors and life events. To be heard and to be able to express one's thoughts and feelings in a private and confidential setting can be freeing and enlightening. It can help a person process whatever thoughts and feelings they have that are causing problems, whether anxiety, depression, grief, etc.
